Our most valuable work is when we ask a client about the business, family, and factual background of the case, think quickly through our knowledge of the many temporary and permanent immigration options available, and recommend a course of action to seek status or defend against enforcement. We take that important role of counselor seriously. That's why we charge a fee for consultations. (We also do not normally enjoy the prospect of a percentage of some potentially massive recovery that motivates many personal injury lawyers to consult for free!).
